Refund policy

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

A. REPLACEMENT OR REFUND

Products purchased through our store or website are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there are
damages or defects reported within 24 hours from the time of purchase. Please notify us as soon as
possible with the copy of official receipt and order confirmation. Please note that purchases made through
third party suppliers such as Grabfood, Foodpanda, Lalamove or similar delivery or pick-up services are
not included in our replacement or refund policies.

We will gladly replace or refund your purchase in the following cases:

Β   ● Unavailable or missing menu items in the order
Β   ● Incorrect listing or outdated menu item in website
Β   ● Non-delivery of item due to reasons within our control
Β   ● Non-availability of riders
Β   ● Incorrect or incomplete product delivery

Β  Β We will not accept any replacement or refund in the following cases:
Β  Β  Β   ● Incorrect products are fully consumed.
Β  Β  Β   ● Complaint is reported beyond 24 hours from date of purchase
Β  Β  Β   ● Order is considered correct, valid and complete
Β  Β  Β   ● Non-delivery or product damage outside our control e.g. force majeure

Β  Β  Β   ● Incorrect or accidental ordering in our website

If the product to be replaced is not available or not preferred, we can refund the purchase amount. If that
item constitutes the entire order, then shipping cost will be included in the refund.

Refund or Replacement Process

1. Contact us through info@browniesunlimited.com;

2. Send us a photo of the product and the receipt;

3. Include the details of the transaction such as date, time, branch or order number and reason for refund or replacement;

4. A representative from Brownies Unlimited will get in touch with you;

5. We may request to pick-up the menu item with defect for validation without additional charge to customer so kindly ensure that the affected item is kept in the same storage condition as it was received;

6. For replacements, Brownies will coordinate with customer to arrange for either product pick-up at the nearest preferred branch or schedule the replacement for delivery;
Β  Β  Β Β  β—‹ If the exact product is unavailable, Brownies will recommend a similar product with the same or higher amount forΒ  Β  Β  Β  Β  Β  Β  Β  Β  Β  Β  Β customer’s acceptance
Β  Β  Β  Β β—‹ Select items will be excluded from replacement such as discounted bundles or seasonal items

7. For refund, this will be credited to customers within 24 - 48 hours via the same payment method and same account. E.g. Gcash to Gcash

Β  Β  Β  β—‹ Refunds cannot be claimed in-store and only through the process stated
Β  Β  Β  β—‹ You will be notified on the approval or rejection of refund
Β  Β  Β  β—‹ Once refund is approved, the amount will automatically be credited to your account

Late or Missing Refund
● For credit card purchase, contact your local bank on the status of your refund request
● For Gcash, contact 2882 to check the status of your refund request

B. CANCELLATION
Once an order is placed, it cannot be withdrawn or cancelled as the item will be prepared and dispatched.
We encourage you to carefully select the menu items that you wish to purchase and review the cart
information prior to confirmation and payment.
Should the customer wish to cancel, the purchase amount will still be charged, and the delivery of the
menu item forfeited.
